Those of you who follow me on socials probably already know that last week I did what it says in the title of this newsletter: I walked 60 miles (or 100km) over the course of 5 days with a group of people I’d never met before, all to raise money for a charity that educates people on spotting the symptoms of breast cancer early.
I can’t even….good leaders are those who know their own weaknesses, make them visible to their team and, in doing so, make room for collective strength. You were an excellent leader. We are blessed because you said yes! Tree xxx

OHMYGOSH MEGAN!! i absolutamente loved reading this. i did a long trek last summer and related so much to this!! this is so beautiful. such a “full life” experience!!
What a beautiful memory. Thank you for sharing your experience. I've been trying to do more things outside my comfort zone, but I'm not sure if I'd be brave enough to do what you did. This gives me hope that one day I can say yes to something a bit scary.
I've been kinda avoiding socials and even email (except for the necessary) lately, so I didn't know you were doing this, but yay 🎉 for you! I've done 10K and that was pretty hard. Also yay for raising the money for this important cause. You are amazing, but just so you don't think I'm putting you on a pedestal, so am I atm, and so are tons of other people! :) (There, did that help? ❤️)
None of us would’ve been able to get over that finish line without you, thank you for being the most incredible leader 💛 I’m so glad we all have this beautifully written post to come back to whenever we want to relive that amazing experience xx
