Transcript: Hello my loves, this reminder is for anyone who goes out and gets caught up worrying whether everyone else is having a good time, so much that it’s all they think about. If that sounds like you, here is a gentle reminder that you are not responsible for everyone else – especially other adults – having a good time. We are all responsible for ourselves, our own wellbeing, our own enjoyment. If we go somewhere and we’re not having a good time we can change that; we can change a topic of conversation, we can leave if we need to. When you’re out in a space with other people you deserve to be enjoying yourself, that time is for you too – let go of the need to worry about what anyone else is thinking about and enjoy it for yourself. And if you do that, you’ll probably find that everyone else enjoys it more too! That’s all for today, take care!
