I feel ya Julia! I read something really helpful (I think it was in bell hook's all above love, but a quote from someone else) about how you will never solve an existential crisis by falling deeper into it. You can question and question but the only way out is reconnection - with people, reality, life around you. I hope you give yourself permission to stop interrogating, for now! 💜
I loved this! I've been dealing with a chronic illness for the past year and a half and while sometimes it can be helpful to analyze how I'm feeling and what I can learn from my experience, some days I just feel like shit and need to just move through it - giving myself permission to do this is so important. Thank you Megan for this reminder!
