Transcript: Hello beautiful people, the weather is warming up where I am, and this is your reminder that you don’t have to suck in your stomach, you don’t have to wear the most “flattering” thing, you don’t have to get rid of your body hair, you don’t have to try and pose to hide parts of yourself and make yourself smaller. You don’t have to use products to get rid of cellulite (they don’t work anyway). You don’t have to put make-up on before you go out if you don’t want to. You don’t have to apologise for your appearance, you don’t have to take up less space, you don’t have to move through the world like you are there for other people to approve of your appearance because you’re not. You’re there to live. You’re there to have your own experiences. So fuck what everyone else thinks, and get out in the world. You don’t have to do anything to your body to deserve your space there – you already do, exactly as you are.
