Transcript: Hello angels, this is your very gentle reminder to be proud of yourself for working on things that aren’t visible to other people. Nobody else outside of you really knows what it has taken to get to where you are, and to heal in the way that you have, to process the painful stuff. No one really knows that expect you. And you know they don’t have to know it, you don’t have to post about it, you don’t have to shout about it from the rooftops, you don’t have to prove to other people what you’ve been through or what it’s taken to get here but please, be proud of yourself. You know every single one of us has gone through things that other people don’t know about to get to where we are, and I think we deserve a little bit of recognition for that. Even if it’s not stuff that other people can see. So that’s my task for you today: just, be proud. And take care.
