Transcript: Hello lovely people, today’s reminder is that if someone didn’t treat you the way you deserve to be treated, that is not a reflection of you and what you’re worth – that is just a reflection of their capacity to hold you. It doesn’t mean that you were too much or that you were not enough or that you were wrong, it just wasn’t the right fit; they just didn’t have the hands. Some people, they just don’t have the hands to hold us the way we deserve to be held. Their capacity just didn’t’ match the reality of who you are and what you need. You deserve someone who has the capacity to hold all of you: to recognise you and celebrate you and love you in the way that you need. Someone not being able to do that in the past? That doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve it. 💜
