Transcript: Hello angels, today’s One Minute Reminder is that you deserve to be loved by people who want to see you at your biggest. And I don’t mean body size; I mean your biggest, most confident, fullest self. Sometimes we don’t notice (early enough) when we fall into relationships where actually the person kinda likes us small, likes us quiet, likes us to be malleable so that they can prioritise their needs and we’re just along for the ride. And that’s not the love you deserve. You deserve to be loved by someone who will stand back and lift you up and praise, clap for you as you rise and become your fullest, brightest self. That is the love we all deserve. You shouldn’t have to be small or quiet or malleable to be loved. And if there isn’t someone in your life right now who loves you in that way – the way you deserve – then good lord be that person for yourself! Allow yourself to grow into your most vast version, take up that space, become your biggest self. I, for one, will always be cheering for that version of you. See you later!
