Transcript: Hello my loves, today’s one minute reminder is for anyone who is breaking patterns that are no longer good for them. If you have had some difficult feelings that have been really tough to sit with and that you would usually cope with by leaning into things that maybe aren’t so good for you, leaning into people who maybe aren’t so good for you, just old toxic habits – and instead you have challenged yourself and you have sat with those feelings and you haven’t taken the feelings as instructions, then you deserve a massive fucking pat on the back because you are doing the real work of breaking down patterns that aren’t good for you anymore and that is a big thing! So this is me giving you a virtual high five and saying good fucking job! I know that wasn’t easy but looking at you go, creating a new narrative for yourself and a new way of coping with the difficult feelings. You’re a fucking champ. Keep doing that.
